kinases phosphorylation site conservation

I'd would like to know if somebody can answer an important question: 

Does a phosphorylation site on a substrate by a kinase can change among
orthologues substrates ?
(I mean If a protein is phosphorylated and activated by a kinase, does this
regulation can be seen in a orthologous systems but in a other site in the
substrate ?)
